Burnage Metro JFC Tournament
Well done to all the players who participated in the Burnage tournament. All three teams produced some excellent performances. Pheonix were very unlucky not to qualify from the group after achieving four wins from six matches, however Jets and Galaxy both progressed through the group and knockout stages to make it an all Hazel Grove United final. In a tight game the Jets edged the match 1-0 with a last minute extra time winner.
Torkington Primary Cup
Congratulations to 'Galaxy' who convincingly won the Torkington Primary Cup. Pheonix also performed admirably by reaching the semi-finals but were unable to make it an all HGU final.
Signal Athletic Summer TOURNAMENT WINNERS!
Well done to all the players for an excellent display in the Signal Athletic tournament. The 'B' team won every game and were comfortable winners of the league, without even conceding a goal.
